These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VOLABLOG (the “Platform”), operated by Volamani Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you publish. By publishing, you grant us a licence to host, display, and distribute it on the Platform. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to it. You must not post unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful material.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including attempting to breach security, spamming, scraping, or interfering with other users. We may remove content or restrict access to keep the Platform safe.
4. Payments, earnings & payouts
Paid features (subscriptions, tips, memberships, courses, events, products, ads) are processed by our payment partners. Platform fees apply to creator earnings as disclosed at the point of sale. Payouts are subject to verification and minimum thresholds. All amounts are in Nigerian Naira unless stated otherwise.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled case by case in line with applicable law and the nature of the purchase. Contact us for refund requests.
6. Intellectual property
The Platform, its branding, and software are owned by Volamani Limited and protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The Platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or end access for breaches of these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
