Tottenham Hotspur have submitted an offer to sign France international Randal Kolo Muani from Paris Saint-Germain. The striker, who spent time on loan with Spurs last season, is also wanted by Juventus, with the Serie A giants still considered the frontrunners for the 27-year-old's signature.
