Gov. Okpebholo Seeks Edo Diaspora Support for Tinubu’s 2027 Re-election, As the Governor Moves To Opens Edo’s Door To Foreign Investment

With the 2027 general election gradually coming into focus, Edo State Governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo, has taken his message to the United Kingdom, urging Edo citizens in the diaspora to support the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. 

  The governor says continuity at the federal level is crucial to sustaining Edo’s ongoing development, even as he called on the diaspora to invest their expertise, resources and global connections in the state’s future.

  The high point of the event was the presentation of campaign-branded souvenirs by Governor Okpebholo to diaspora members who pledged support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s 2027 re-election.

  For Governor Monday Okpebholo, the message was clear: sustaining Edo’s development will require continuity at the federal level and stronger collaboration with Edo people across the world.
