Arsenal have identified Aston Villa and England midfielder Morgan Rogers as their top attacking target. The Gunners are expected to make an approach, but Villa are likely to demand more than £100 million for the 23-year-old.

Liverpool legend Mohamed Salah is reportedly set to continue his career in Turkey, with the 34-year-old Egypt international closing in on a move to Besiktas.

Manchester United are monitoring Nottingham Forest wing-back Neco Williams. The 25-year-old Wales international is valued for his versatility, being able to play on either flank.

Real Madrid remain interested in Bayern Munich winger Michael Olise, with reports suggesting the 24-year-old France international is open to a move to the Santiago Bernabéu.

Tottenham Hotspur have turned down a £46 million offer from Newcastle United for highly rated Sweden midfielder Lucas Bergvall, insisting the 20-year-old is not for sale.

Chelsea will reportedly have to pay £55 million if they want to sign Crystal Palace defender Maxence Lacroix this summer.

Celta Vigo midfielder Ilaix Moriba has been offered to several Premier League clubs, including Sunderland, Crystal Palace, Nottingham Forest, Aston Villa, and Hull City. The 23-year-old Guinea international could be available for around €20 million (£17 million).

Bayern Munich have given Portugal midfielder João Palhinha extra time before returning to the club, with Aston Villa interested in signing the 31-year-old.

Tottenham are also eyeing a move for West Ham winger Crysencio Summerville. The Dutch winger could leave following the Hammers' relegation.

Spurs are expected to offload players after an active summer in the transfer market, with Argentina defender Cristian Romero among those likely to depart.

Manchester United and Newcastle United are both interested in Eintracht Frankfurt midfielder Hugo Larsson, although neither club has submitted an official bid for the 22-year-old Sweden international.

Juventus have made a €6.5 million (£5.5 million) offer for Aston Villa goalkeeper Emiliano Martínez, but Villa are holding out for €12 million (£10.2 million).

Juventus are leading the race to sign Monaco and United States striker Folarin Balogun, with Borussia Dortmund and Sunderland also monitoring the 25-year-old forward.
