A busy summer transfer window continues across Europe, with several top clubs exploring major deals ahead of the new season.

Arsenal are reportedly considering offering Swedish striker Viktor Gyökeres as part of a swap deal to sign Atlético Madrid and Argentina forward Julián Álvarez. The Gunners are keen to strengthen their attack, although no agreement has been reached.

Barcelona remain interested in Álvarez and are expected to revive their pursuit after the FIFA World Cup. The Spanish champions could include one of their own players in a bid to lower Atlético's asking price.

Barcelona also plan to offer Spanish forward Ferran Torres a new contract despite interest from Paris Saint-Germain. However, negotiations are expected to begin in September due to the club's financial fair play constraints.

Liverpool have reopened talks with Paris Saint-Germain over a possible move for French winger Bradley Barcola, who remains one of the Premier League club's key attacking targets.

Arsenal are also looking to offload Brazilian striker Gabriel Jesus, with AC Milan emerging as one of the leading contenders for the 29-year-old.

Newly promoted Sunderland are close to signing experienced Belgian right-back Thomas Meunier following his departure from Lille.

Liverpool have rejected an improved offer from Inter Milan for England midfielder Curtis Jones, with the Reds holding out for a fee of around £30 million.

Everton have intensified their pursuit of Genoa defender Brooke Norton-Cuffy, with fresh discussions taking place over a deal for the England Under-21 international.

Tottenham Hotspur captain Cristian Romero is expected to leave the club this summer, with Barcelona among the clubs interested in signing the Argentine centre-back.

Representatives of West Ham United winger Crysencio Summerville have held talks with Roma over a potential transfer to the Serie A side.

United States goalkeeper Gabriel Slonina is currently training with Strasbourg as the French club assesses a possible move for the 22-year-old from Chelsea.
